Minister of Planning and Public Spaces is the consent authority for the resorts located within Kosciuszko National Park. The office manages development in the alpine resorts located within the Kosciuszko National Park. The resorts include Thredbo, Perisher Valley, Smiggin Holes, Blue Cow, Guthega, Charlotte Pass and Selwyn Snow Resort.
